What is collected

• Submissions - the manuscript and the contact details you provide, kept for the editorial record.
• Correspondence - messages sent through the contact form, with the sending address and network information, kept to answer you and to prevent abuse.
• Access logs - standard web server logs.

What is not done

Personal details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors, and author identities are not disclosed to reviewers during double-blind review.

Your rights

You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the journal is not required to keep it as part of the published record. Write to the editorial office.
