Every article in the International Journal of Clinical & Medical Case Reports is open access from the day it is published. There is no subscription, no paywall and no registration requirement: the full text and the PDF are free to read for anyone, anywhere.
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). Under that licence anyone may copy, redistribute, adapt and build upon the work, including commercially, provided the original authors and the journal are credited and any changes are indicated. The full licence text is at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0.
The authors do. Publishing here does not transfer copyright to the journal; authors grant a licence to publish and retain the right to reuse their own work - in a thesis, in teaching material, on a personal or institutional page - without asking permission. See Copyright.
Authors may deposit the submitted, accepted or published version in any repository, personal site or subject archive immediately on publication. There is no embargo period. Depositing the published version with a link back to the article page is encouraged.
Open access is funded by an article processing charge payable only after acceptance, never at submission, and waivers are available. Ability to pay plays no part in the editorial decision. See Publication Charges.
